A pair of up and coming peninsula footballers took another step up after being selected to play for their county.

Reece Josselyn and Luke Hart, who also play for Brantham's U16 Eastern Junior Alliance and U18 Thurlow Nunn teams, represented Suffolk Schools FA against a very strong Hertfordshire team at Haverhill on Saturday.

Unfortunately Suffolk went down 4-1 but Brantham's youth manager Dan Hart was pleased with the way both played.

He said: "Unfortunately Suffolk lost but both Reece and Luke did themselves proud."

Luke's older brother Oliver has previously played for Suffolk Schools and has recently taken part in England trials. Full story here...
