Peninsula businesses get unique 'last mile' e-cargo bike offer

If you believe an electric cargo bike could benefit your business, organisation or community, in a village on the peninsula, then this is for you.

With capacities up to 100kg and a range up to 50 miles, e-cargo bikes are set to become the delivery vehicle of choice for 'last mile' and town centre logistics.

Working with well-known bicycle manufacturer Raleigh, Suffolk County Council have secured the opportunity for a small number of businesses and organisations to have a free trial of a cargo bike.

There would be an option to apply for funding of up to 50% of the cost if you decide to purchase one following your trial, depending on the amount of interest.

There are two styles of E-Cargo Bike that Raleigh offers:

Open box style which comes in two or three wheel options
