The second performance of the monthly shows that are planned in Ipswich, will take place at The Hold on Thursday.

Three experienced comics from as far apart as Kent, Suffolk and New Zealand kicked off the season with a varied range of patter.

The venue is spotless and the front of house staff are extremely welcoming.

Don't attend if you are easily offended but the laughter on offer is not extremely blue and is a great addition to entertainment in town.

It fits in sensibly to a Thursday night slot as the doors open at 7 for 7.30 start and finishes at 10. I will certainly be making it a regular event in the coming months.
