Thieves on their bikes near Shotley peninsula

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of theft of two high value bikes that took place in East Bergholt.

It took place at some point overnight (Thur 17 Aug into Fri 18 August) at a bike store called 'Sussed Out Suspension' on Hadleigh Road.

A rear window of the store was forced open and entry gained to steal the two bikes.

The total cost of the bikes is estimated to be £20,000.

Description of the bikes are as follows: An electric mountain bike - Yeti 160E, large frame, turquoise.

Second one is a mountain bike - Evil Insurgent, medium frame, dark blue. 

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity overnight, knows of their whereabouts or has been offered them for sale should contact police, quoting crime number 37/48210/23.
