Suffolk Police Appeal: Lorry's windscreen shattered after object thrown from Wherstead bridge

Police are appealing for witnesses or information after a lorry's windscreen was shattered by an object was thrown from a bridge at Wherstead.
The incident happened at around 11.45am on Tuesday, March 13, on the A14, when a male threw an unknown object from the A137 Wherstead bridge, onto the dual-carriageway below.
The object broke the windscreen of a lorry that was travelling eastbound along the A14.
The offender is described as white and was wearing a black hooded top with the hood up.
Anyone with any information about this incident, who saw anything suspicious, or who has any dashcam footage from the A14, A137 or surrounding area around the time of the incident, is asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting crime reference number 37/18953/20, via:
