If you have experience as a children's senior support worker and are looking to earn between £21,000 - £26,000 per annum then this could be for you.

Hays Social Care are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and rewarding children's organisation who provide care and support to children under the age of 16 within a small residential setting.

Your new role will be to provide care and support to children under the age of 16 who have psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for shift leading which will include allocating tasks and organising activities for the children and staff.

This role will involve you working sleep-in shifts along with days. Hours can be discussed at interview.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience working within a children's setting, especially with children with challenging behaviour and EBD.

Ideally you will have experience as a Senior already however we would consider strong applicants with relevant experience at a Support Worker level.

You will receive a competitive annualised salary of up to £26,000 along with fantastic onboard training and guidance from management. This company love to promote career progression therefore this is a fantastic opportunity for anybody looking for a next step within their career.
