Serious delays on A14 between Copdock and Orwell Bridge

The A14 in Suffolk is closed eastbound between J55 (Copdock Roundabout) and J56 Wherstead due to a serious collision involving a lorry and a car.
Emergency services including Suffolk police and ambulance crews are in attendance, which happened just after 1pm this afternoon.
National Highways contractors are assisting with traffic management on scene, with diversions being set up to take traffic through Ipswich to the Woodbridge Road roundabout and re-join the A14 eastbound at J58 (Levington).
