Police have today been in Shotley Gate as their search for Mason Seymour is stepped up.

Officers from the neighbourhood team spoke with residents and handed out posters throughout the village in a bid for more information regrading 22-year-old Fraser's whereabouts.

Concerns regarding Mason's wellbeing have mounted since he was first reported missing on July 22, with his last known location was in Shotley.

Although, from Ipswich, Masonr has relatives and fiends in Shotley which has been the focus of police attention.

A message within the poster said: "Mason, we are here for you whoever you are ready; we can listen, talk you through what help you need, pass a message for you and help you be safe."

Please call or text 116 000 which is free and confidential.

Nub News has previously reported the police appeal for Mason as a missing person.
