A peninsula pub landlord is seeking the culprit that collided with his wall in the dead of night.

Paul Cheery at the Bull in Brantham captured the moment on CCTV when a white van man turned off the main A137 to join the road to Stutton but misjudged and collided with the pub's car park wall.

Cameras recorded the incident at 1.41am on Monday morning, March 28, and how the driver failed to stop after the hit collision.

White van carried on at speed towards Stutton leaving hundreds of puns of damage behind.

The wall was extensively damaged and the vehicle lost a wheel hub in the collision.

This is the latest of incidents to plague the pub over the past two years after the owners suffered a fire in their kitchen on a New Year's Eve, storm damage blowing away marquees, lockdowns, and closures due to covid among staff.
