There were Dutch, London and Maldon barges on show, with a little bit of argy-bargy for the 60th Pin Mill Barge Race this weekend.

Historic barges from Pub Mill and Ipswich also took part in the Thames Barge Match, which started from Buttermans Bay on the river Orwell.

Full sails were on display down the river Stour with spectators at Shotley marina getting a terrific view of these majestic vessels.

Many yachts and cruisers followed the race, although one spectator boat got little too close, as our top picture shows.
