One of the most anticipated events of the year are the amazing productions from Shotley Drama Group and they are back today, tomorrow and Saturday with a Fairy Tale Adventure. Pop in next door and see Sarah at the Rose for your tickets.

Anyone connected with the wedding industry, including upcoming brides and grooms, are invited to The Barn to meet their experienced events team, see the gorgeous newly licensed venue and meet some amazing local wedding suppliers.

Fields Wedding Day has stylists, florists, videographers, makeup artists and more showcasing their products and businesses for you to see.

Due to the drama group's excellent show taking place, Thrive to Empower will be taking break from the village hall but are due back on 29 February.

At Shotley Hall starting at 6pm, Thursdays: 29, Followed by every Thursday in March.

One of the best places on the stunning Shotley peninsula for lunch or dinner, or just hot drinks, wine or beer after a walk just has to be the Red Lion in Chelmondiston.

The Red Lion serves all the pub classics along with interesting dishes created around seasonal ingredients and local produce as much as possible.

Children and dog friendly, there is also have a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a pint or two.
