As fantastic as the Olympics are, you may like to know that the annual stinging nettle-eating competition, started in 1986. The current record at the event for the most amount of nettles eaten in one hour is 76ft (23m). Now there's a challenge.

Good neighbours schemes are supporting patients to get prescription if they can’t attend the surgery.
