An Engineering client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a temporary Goods In Administrator to join their team asap! This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday core hours 06:30-14:48pm and paying 11.50 - 12.02 per hour depending on relevant skills and experience.The key duties in this Goods In Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Booking in purchase orders.
- Assisting with GRN queries.
- Undertake stocktaking activities.
- Being the initial point of contact for drivers arriving at Factory Goods Inwards to prioritise receipt traffic.
- Liaising with buyers, consignment stock reps, quality, and receiving materials inspection to ensure expedient flow of all materials to correct locations and dispersal points.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Goods In Administrator role:
- Proven experience of Goods-In services in a production environment (advantage).
- Good general IT skills including knowledge of warehouse systems.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Able to operate on own initiative, manage workloads to meet multiple deadlines.
- Available with an immediate start.
