The aim is to ensure that a high quality support service is developed and maintained. You will monitor email inboxes, conduct filing, printing, photocopying, and maintain all paperwork manually and electronically. Answering incoming calls to the CHC Duty Desk will be another responsibility, in which you will process sensitive information and solve problems and queries in a professional and confident manner. Other key duties include data input and information will be entered accurately using the policies and procedures, as well as collating information into reports.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience in a busy office environment. IT skills and practical use of Microsoft Office are essential for this role. You will have strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, and be able to use your own initiative independently and work well in a team. Excellent written and verbal communication is necessary as you will be dealing with a range of callers in differing situations.
