A 38-year-old from Wherstead Road accused of bringing the A14 to a complete halt for more than four hours has been remanded in custody ahead of a crown court appearance

Stuart Winney, of Wherstead Road today appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court accused of a single charge of causing a public nuisance after hewn to the Orwell Bridge on Saturday with the intention to disrupt the community.
