Dear Sir

Financial crime suspicions. Complaint ignored, procedures non-existent or ignored, conflict of Interest breaches, no support or actual answers along with no evidence provided to disprove my reported suspicions. No action taken against any individuals involved, blatant lip service, an unpunished personal attack on social media by another Suffolk FA (SFA) affiliated Chairman and a legal action threat by a senior SFA board member. 

Is the role of Suffolk FA to protect the whole football community in Suffolk or just a few individuals? 

Unsurprisingly and totally expected was that my SFA Trustee role application was rejected despite my extensive football knowledge both on and off the pitch. The concerning thing was that it was sent and signed off by Phil Lawler himself. The Chairman of the registered Charity (SFA), who officially refused to help locate and clarify outstanding issues about unaccounted for fundraising cash.  

What has happened to the money I contributed? and why have football's local and national governing bodies not been willing to provide what should be simple and easily available evidence to prove that financial crime hasn't taken place?  

The complaint which included incompetently produced and erroneous financial accounts from the football club in question, highlighted alarming financial red flags, along with damning emails and text messages suggests that financial crime has taken place. 

Why would messrs Lawler, Neal & Johnson not be willing to engage and provide evidence and categorically prove that financial crime hasn't taken place, been ignored or covered up under their watch within Suffolk Grassroots football?  

I am personally happy to pay for an actual independent Accountant to sit down with SFA Finance Director Nigel Johnson to see evidence and verify financials accounts from the apparent thorough investigation into my complaint. 

If no one can provide answers or readily available evidence then you have to ask what has actually happened to my money and have footballs governing bodies facilitated and covered up financial crime?
