Figures released today have shown that in the seven days up to the November 2, there have been 543 new cases of COVID-19 in Suffolk, which is an increase on the numbers in the previous week.
Babergh, which includes the Shotley peninsula, had 83 new cases in a week, a rise in the district on the previous seven days, ahead of today's lockdown.
