Welcome to your weekly what's on round up for the Shotley peninsula sponsored by Shotley Marina and The Shipwreck

Every Thursday we collate all the eye-catching events occurring in this area over the weekend.

Read on for the peninsula's not to be missed outings this June weekend, and remember, you can add your upcoming event for free using the black Nub It button.

We have the quintessentially English countryside Tractor Run, with evening do to party on down afterwards.

There is also a garden party, quiz, and Clay Pigeon Shoot elsewhere on the peninsula.

Start tonight with a trip to the flicks with Peninsula Pix putting on 'A Man Called Otto' at Tattingstone Village Hall.

Setting off at 10.30 on Saturday, the annual Tractor Run will cover much of the Shotley peninsula raising funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance and then in the evening a post run party for all to enjoy.

Also on Saturday, enjoy the popular rural pursuit of a Clay Pigeon Shoot in Stutton with the Grove Shooting Club.

For something bit more gentile, head for Spring Lodge in Woolverstone on Sunday and enjoy a Summer Garden Party open to all.

Garden games and pop for the kids, fizz or tea/coffee and great company for the adults.

Full details here...

Meanwhile, The Shipwreck is open for dog walkers, ramblers, sailors, sightseers and cyclists all weekend.

Plenty of outside seating with fascinating two counties views across the estuary.

Pop in for a meal, hot drink, or something a bit stronger.
