Monday's motivational message for the week:
Today is Kindness Day UK. As actress Audrey Hepburn said - "For attractive lips, speak kind words."
"Remember, there's no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end." —Scott Adams
Seven-day forecast:
This morning will be overcast and wet with outbreaks of rain. The rain will clear to the east in the afternoon, leaving it drier with sunny spells and some patchy cloud. Windy. Tomorrow will have a mix of variable cloud and bright spells. A few showers moving in at times, these more likely in the late morning and early afternoon. Drier by evening. A sunny and dry, but fairly breezy day is expected on Wednesday. A bright and dry start on Thursday, however, skies will cloud over from the south-west through the afternoon, with the risk of one or two showers. Becoming breezier once more on Friday, with the low cloud and any overnight showers clearing eastwards. Bright or sunny skies until the evening, with rain overnight.

Joke of the week:
I asked the kind chef if he could make me a dish that represents generosity.
He said, "Sure, it's called 'helping of a generous portion!'"
Did you groan? Send us your own favourite joke.
