Joke of the day:

Before lockdown two plumbers from Essex were visiting Bury St Edmunds. One of them said: "I feel a bit hungry and thirsty," the other said: "You go into that pub then and I'll carry on shopping and see you outside in half an hour."

When they met up again the guy who had been shopping said to his mate: "What's happened? How did you get that bloody nose and black eye?

His mate said: "Yeah…well I ate a ploughman's lunch and he wasn't pleased."
