Suffolk Libraries is holding a special outdoor Wordplay activity for toddlers in Shotley today.

The one-off outdoor Tot Rock session will be held ahead of the weekly Shotley Suffolk Libraries Local session planned for September.

The Tot Rock session will take place on the field next to Shotley Village Hall from 2pm to 3pm. The free activity will involve singing, stories and fun for local toddlers. The event will follow social distancing rules with a maximum number of 30 people can take part. All parents need to bring is a picnic blanket and something for toddlers to make a noise with.

Suffolk Libraries usually runs a Suffolk Libraries Local session at the village hall every Monday but this has been suspended during lockdown. The Monday sessions are due to return in September offering a select and collect service for local people. Suffolk Libraries will be sharing more details about this in the near future.
