Welcome to your weekly what's on round up for the Shotley peninsula sponsored by The Red Lion in Chelmondiston

Meanwhile, the popular monthly arts and crafts market is back on Saturday in the foyer of the Shipwreck pub at Shotley marina.

Enjoy a cuppa, pint or bite to eat (they have cake) and then check out what local artisans have got on offer.

In the evening, quiz lovers will delight in the interesting, challenging but doable Spring Quiz, with the added attraction of a pasty in the ticket price.

The new Spring Menu is now available at the Red Lion in Chelmondiston.

The Red Lion serves all the pub classics along with interesting dishes created around seasonal ingredients and local produce as much as possible.

Children and dog friendly, there is also have a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a pint or two.
