Councillor Ward has very conveniently ignored what happens to the contra ( or should we say con trick in this case ) involving NNDR.

Car park charging context here...

If the council wish to use the car parks to raise money for other services they should at the very least be honest and up front about it.

Many of the other costs quoted seem suspect to say the least. Why light a car park that sees very little use at night or when it is free for example.
