Peninsula weekly Breakfast Briefing

Monday's motivational message for the week:
No need to hurry; no need to sparkle; no need to be anyone - but oneself.
Today will begin mostly cloudy, with the rain clears out in the morning. The afternoon will see patchy clouds and scattered showers move in from the north at times. Windy.
Tuesday will see mist and low cloud with some light rain to start in the morning. Turning dry with sunny spells and patchy cloud in the afternoon, along with gentle winds. Wednesday will see the winds strengthen a little with a mix of sunny spells and variable amounts of cloud. Thursday onwards will be dry with sunny spells and patchy cloud. Trending milder with temperatures during the week varying between nine and 13 degrees.
Joke of the week:
A woman in labour suddenly shouted: "Shouldn't! Wouldn't! Couldn't! Didn't! Can't!"
"Don't worry," said the midwife. "Those are just contractions."
Did you groan? Send us your own favourite joke.
