From a German Dornier crash landing on the mud flats, fetes and festivals, harvest time, Erwarton Hall residents, and the church's rich and varied history, a photographic exhibition has captured the village over time.
A wide range of black and white and colour photos contributed by villagers, are being exhibited at St Mary's Church in Erwarton.
The photographic exhibition is running for the rest of the week, climaxing on Saturday, November 19 with coffee and cake between 3.30pm - 5.00pm.
Boards, lovingly put together with pictures depicting life in Erwarton going back more than 100 years, are dotted round the church and open to the public.
Among the wide range of pictures are photos showing harvest time, jubilee sets, various festivals, Christmas events.
It also highlights a former Royal Navy captain with his staff, and pets, at Erwarton Hall,
The story of the Knights tomb, and more, inside St Mary's is told along with the renovation and restorations.
There is also a picture of a German bomber which crashed onto the mud flats at Erwarton Ness and how it came to be there.
Although the church is not always manned, the doors is open to visitors during the day.
Entry is free, although donations are welcome.
