The formal #ClapForOurCarers may be no more, but a hardy bunch of NHS supporters were in their own bubble on the peninsula last night, showing solidarity with these essential workers.

Villagers lined the A137 at Tattingstone Heath last night as 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' rang out and bubbles filled the air as they showed their support for NHS and all carers.

Amanda Moore, explained: "The Heath in Tattingstone (ie the A137) is a difficult area, logistically to come together; but we have done for the last 10 weeks on a Thursday at 8pm, to sing.

"We did a full socially-distant celebration on VE Day and we have decided to continue with our Thursday 8pm sing for a while longer, as we think it's the right thing to do as a show of solidarity."

Almost 20 locals ignored the cold and threat of rain to turn out and as the video and pictures show, carers would be blown away by the show of support.
