Take your lovely mum out on the stunning Shotley peninsula this weekend with plenty to choose from on our What's On page

These include; Charlie Haylock evening, a special lunch, quiz, charity car wash and a monthly market.

Shotley personality and Suffolk dialect legend Charlie shares anecdotes and information on the history of our way of speaking.

Entertaining and informative Charlie will take you on a tour of the UK and the regional dialects.

St Michael's Church, Harkstead starts at 7.30pm, tickets £10 each.

Mothering Sunday Quiz

Spoil your mum this Sunday.

Enjoy a wonderful Mothers Lunch in the sunshine, or make it late afternoon/ early evening and stay for the Quiz, which starts at 7pm.

Holbrook fire fighters are looking to raise funds for Ukraine refugees and the Fire Fighters Charity

Bring your car along, whether it needs it or not, for a clean between 10.00 and 15.00, on Saturday, March 26.
