All four Shotley peninsula councillors back Babergh charity dinner for Blossom appeal in Holbrook

All four Shotley peninsula councillors came together to support a Babergh charity civic dinner, held in Holbrook.
Vice chairman Derek Davis, Mary McLaren, Jane Gould and Alastair McCraw donned their glad rags at Royal Hospital School, where £11,136 was raised for the Blossom Appeal, helping to fund a new Breast Care Centre at Ipswich Hospital.
The charity dinners held in the historic Jellicoe Room at the Royal Hospital School at the end of January.

Current Babergh chair Cllr Kathryn Grandon said: "Thank you to all the guests, sponsors and helpers for their generous support.
"It was a wonderful event and being able to raise so much for this a fantastic cause was amazing and a lot of fun too."
