Cheer for NHS Scarecrow Trail starts today

Keep an eye out for some unlikely looking characters in Chelmondiston over this Bank Holiday weekend.

Going by names such as Cheerful Cherry, Boozy Floozy and Sir Tom and Fernando, wearing dodgy clothes and some serious lockdown hair, 21 of these colourful creations will be hunted down for fun.

They are all part of the Chelmo Cheer for NHS Scarecrow Trail aimed at raising a smile, and hopefully a few quid for the charity, which has been going on across the country.

Check out the map showing where the scarecrows will be on show, plus some bonus inanimate additions on the Main Road near Hill House Farm, and enjoy while out on your daily exercise.

You can donate to NHS Charities on this Just Giving page.
