Business Development Manager

Ipswich, Suffolk - Office Based

Salary - 45,000 + Uncapped Commision + Company Vehicle

Cooper Lomaz are working with a market leader in packaging machinery who are looking for two driven individuals to join our expanding team, each focused on a different aspect of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development initiatives worldwide- Develop, manage, and execute strategic business plans- Identify and pursue leads, engaging potential customers proactively- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs- Provide regular sales forecasting and analysis updates- Represent the company at international trade fairs and events

Requirements:

- Proven track record in selling technical equipment, preferably on an international scale- Experience collaborating with international sales agents- Strong familiarity with capital equipment and consumables- Ambitious and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales growth- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills- Ability to forge meaningful connections and nurture lasting client relationships- Willingness to travel internationally, with a valid passport
