Shares knowledge and expertise with other staff through formal and informal teaching. Acts as a mentor to students, assessing competence against set standards as requested and if appropriately qualified Produces accurate, timely and complete records of service user consultation, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures, whether in a handwritten or electronic format Understands and applies legal policy that supports the identification of vulnerable adults, being aware of statutory vulnerable adult health procedure and local guidance. Assesses the impact of policy implementation on care delivery Maintains own professional development, seeking opportunities for research and/or development of nursing practice.
