Vision for Education is seeking a Humanities Supply Teacher to work within a variety of Secondary Schools on a daily/ part-time basis.

About the role

The desired Supply Teacher will demonstrate excellent communication skills, engagement with pupils and will manage learning and behaviour effectively. The candidate will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team and work alongside excellent practitioners. The Supply Teacher will be required to manage the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students and utilising the school s behaviour policy where necessary.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Humanities Supply Teacher - September Start you will:

  • Have/be willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Have a full CV
  • Have a minimum of two professional references
  • Have experience of working in Secondary Schools
  • Demonstrate great classroom management skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Have/be willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service
