Brantham showed no mercy as they took full advantage of a weakened Norwich United side to thump them 5-1 at home.
With a number of senior Norwich players refusing to turn out due a midweek match row between manager Daryl Tate and striker Matt Blake, which turned violent, United fielded a young side, with Matty Hayden making his debt skippering the side against one of his many former clubs.
Even so, Norwich held Brantham to just 1-0 at half-time, a controversial penalty tucked away by Ollie Godbold.
Bt the Imps let rip in the second half with goals from substitute Nyan Mesuria, Danny Garrad and two from Louie Bloom wrapping up the result.
Aidan Jolly got Norwich's consolation goal.
