Ganges signal tower from Martin Block (now Old School House) 2021

Take a peek at the HMS Ganges site at Shotley Gate, covered in snow, as the Beast from the East swept in from the North Sea.

Sprinkled among the 2021 look at the old training base, are old pictures of trainees, WRENS marching on the parade ground in 1943, and the figurehead in snow taken during hostilities only intake in 1940.
