The family of well known, and much-loved Chelmondiston butcher Peter Hollingsworth have come together to turn their loss into a positive by taking on a testing 100-mile cycling challenge in their grandad's memory.
Charlie Bathe, 23, will be cycling 97 miles from Shotley, where Peter lived, to Brancaster beach in Norfolk tomorrow, October 29 inspired by his well-respected and missed grandad, who died from a brain tumour in July aged 80.

Babergh's children continue to benefit from fun activities during the school holidays, including family park cookery sessions, which cabinet member for communities Cllr Derek Davis visited today.
The council has partnered with Abbeycroft Leisure and Explore Outdoor to offer the outdoor cooking masterclasses to families in need during the October half-term – cementing its commitment to reducing health inequalities, as set out in its recently adopted Wellbeing Strategy.

Final planning permission for a new logistics park off the A14 between the Shotley peninsula and Felixstowe has been approved, creating more than 1,100 new jobs in the area.
Approval for matters around landscaping, scale, appearance, layout and access for land at the former Orwell Crossing park next to the truck stop and Ransomes industrial estate had been deferred from last month.
