Boss Michael Brothers suffered a punctured lung and cracked ribs after colliding with Clacton keeper Luke Avenal, ten minutes into the Imps' 2-1 win on Tuesday, while Aidan Carpenter and James Lee needed hospital treatment after getting banged up in the r reserves' home fixture Alresford Colne Rangers on Wednesday evening. Aidan first suffered a a double break in the same arm and James Lee later suffered concussion.

Singing with a world class opera star tonight climaxes quite a week for Woolverstone's very own teenage singing sensation James Hodgkinson.
13-year-old James spent Tuesday auditioning with superstar Aled Jones for the BBC's Young Chorister of the Year show, and will tonight perform along with soprano Christina Johnson as she lives streams songs from the Phantom of the Opera from a studio at her Felixstowe home.

Peninsula foodies played a huge part in making the Government's Eat Out To Help Out scheme last month.
Nub News highlighted how dozens of pubs and restaurants on the peninusla were taking part in the scheme and diners were hungry to take advantage of the 50% discount.
