There should be a lot of reassurance provided by the number of Covid-19 Testing Centres around the County.
Unfortunately, it appears that many of these are not operating at anything like full capacity. Those over 60 are turning up for regular testing, but the key working age population, those in their 20's to 50's, are not.

The iconic Shotley to Harwich and Felixstowe foot and cycle ferry returns operating on Monday.
Christian Zemann has completed the refurbishment of the ferry which suffered a serious setback last September when it became partially submerged following a storm, which took it from its mooring in Harwich. (full story here...)

Villages throughout the Shotley peninsula are to see Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras deployed at speeding hot spots.
The cameras are being used to help detect and deter speeding offences that have been highlighted in our parishes, and educate drivers on the importance of road safety.

Peninsula students will be among those hit as the cost of school bus places for those aged 16 and above heading to college or sixth form will increase by £90 from September.
Suffolk County Council's cabinet on Tuesday afternoon agreed changes to its post-16 school transport policy, which aimed to align it more closely with the policy for 5-16 year olds.

A barman who had worked at a number of pubs on the Shotley peninsula today admitted theft from a former employer.
Shane Alan Stocker, of Hossack Road, Ipswich, was fined £472 and ordered to pay compensation of £150, plus £250 towards costs, and £47 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to stealing cash from the Bristol Arms in Shotley Gate.
