A psychiatric report has been ordered by a judge ahead of sentencing hearing for the man who caused nearly five hours of delays by clambering onto the Orwell Bridge.
Stuart Winney of Wherstead Road, Ipswich, pleaded guilty to causing a public nuisance on August 7 this year and will be sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court on October 15.

Police and the Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue Service have trawled through the former HMS Ganges site in their hunt for a missing man.
Mason Seymour, who has connections to Shotley and was last officially known to be in the village has been missing from his Ipswich home since July 29.
