Just Temps are currently seeking for a Senior Administrator for our prestigious client based in Ipswich, Suffolk.Working hours and rate of pay:Monday - Friday.08:45am - 17:15pm.1 hour unpaid lunch break.£12.75 per hour.Duties will include:Co-ordination of diaries for internal and external meetings.Organising staff meetings.Venue finding and setting up of meeting facilities, organisation of refreshments, lunch requirements and IT equipment (if offsite).Preparation and provision of documentation for meetings.Compiling general correspondence as required.Day to day admin support to senior mangers and directors.Management of department spreadsheets.Production and collation of reports utilising in-house database systems and information from internal departments.Tracking and managing staff anniversaries and family events.Support to the executive assistant team when required.Ordering company provisions.Requirements:Excellent organisational skills.Approachable and diplomatic.Excellent verbal and written communication.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Mail Merge, PowerPoint.Flexibility to work additional hours if/when required.Assist within other areas of the department/business as needs arise.Professional and resourceful approach.Always apply discretion together with a high degree of confidentiality.If you are interested in this position please call us now on , alternatively apply!
