Ladies Self Defence Worskhop

SMART Dojos is hosting a Ladies Self Defence workshop with Ipswich resident and Miss Universe Great Britain Finalist Emma Collingridge on Saturday 18th September at 1:30pm.

Price is £20 for the 3 hour workshop.

All proceeds are going to Emma's chosen charity A-Sisterhood which helps to empower women globally.
