What we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing outstanding administrative support to the team.
- Manage all incoming calls and emails, directing them to the relevant team members
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are in place and deadlines are met
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked at all times
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence and scheduling appointments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
